St. Paul’s Episcopal School is an independent co-ed school located in the Lakeview neighborhood of New Orleans serving children from toddlers through eighth grade. St. Paul’s presents a learning environment that is inclusive, diverse, and family oriented and promotes the opportunity for children to grow academically, emotionally, socially, physically, and spiritually in a setting that is healthy, safe, and comfortable.
The approach to the accelerated curriculum is hands-on, project-based, and age-appropriate and stresses core academic subjects. Students are also offered enrichment classes in art, music, religious studies, Spanish and Latin, technology, robotics, and physical education. In addition, award-winning sustainability, outdoor education, and service learning programs provide students with practical learning experiences. Educating children to be effective communicators and collaborators is a goal. Embracing the ideals of Episcopal schools – service, inclusiveness, respect, and community – allow the school to live its mission and philosophy. And just as important as all of the above, we believe in the power of play and having fun!
