French Quartour Kids, 1100 Chartres St. A spooky tour through the French Quarter, just for kids ages 5-10, with tricks, treats, spells and superstitions. Lasts 1 to 1 1/2 hours. $20/person. Tours every day in October, except Oct. 1 and Wednesdays. 11 am.

Not So Scary Halloween Celebration
Main Library, 219 Loyola Avenue, New Orleans. Join for a day of Halloween fun for kids and teens! There will be spooky bubbles and a super slime station in the Youth Services department, trick-or-treating, and an escape room game for teens! Free. 10 am-3 pm.

Trunk or Treat & Movie Under the Stars
Johnny Jacobs Playground, 5851 5th Ave, Marrero. Join Councilman Mark D. Spears Jr., Council District 3, for a fun evening of Trunk or Treat and Movie Under the Stars. Booster Club members will sell concessions this evening, costumes are welcome (non-ghoulish) and all minors must be accompanied by an adult. Since this a Movie Night, bring your chairs and blankets! Teen Halloween Party
Milne Rec Center, 5420 Franklin Ave. Join us if you dare…Teen Halloween Party kicks off with a outdoor movie screening at 5:30pm with free popcorn. After the movie, festivities will continue in the rec center with music by DJ So Cray, a costume contest, door prizes, and lots of candy! Guests will be entered into a drawing for a FREE bike! Boo Carré Halloween and Harvest Festival

Crawloween
Audubon Butterfly Garden and Insectarium. Learn about the myths behind some “scary” critters, go trick-or-treating for bug-themed trinkets and enjoy Halloween-themed cookies in Bug Appétit.
