The nonprofit New Orleans Hospitality and Culinary Institute is now offering online cooking classes while residents are self-quarantined during the COVID-19 outbreak. On Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5 pm, the “Cooking in Quarantine” series will focus on preparing healthy meals and are taught by NOCHI chefs.
Each class is hosted over the digital meeting app Zoom. Registration is required with a donation made to NOCHI on a pay-what-you-can basis. Classes are available starting today.
