What is your educational philosophy? SRS educates the whole child by celebrating Catholic tradition and pursuing academic excellence in a caring community that prepares students in mind, body, and spirit for a productive, Christ-centered life.

What are the qualifications and experience levels of your teachers and staff? St. Rita School hires certified, experienced teachers. Most of our teachers have between 5 – 20+ years of teaching experience.

How do you communicate with parents about their child’s progress and daily experiences? St. Rita School Early Ed communicates student progress and experiences through email, Google Classroom, and the Procare Childcare mobile app.

What is your approach to handling challenging behaviors or conflicts among children? St. Rita School partners with parents at home to use a formative approach to discipline versus a punitive one.

What health and safety measures do you have in place, and how do you respond to emergencies? SRS conducts fire, tornado, and lock-down drills throughout the school year.  We use the Rave Panic Button app for emergencies which is directly connected to local and state first responders.
