What is your educational philosophy? Beary Cherry Tree provides equitable access to high quality early care and education in an environment that offers a diverse teaching team, reflective of the families served.

What are the qualifications and experience levels of your teachers and staff? All lead teachers have Ancillary Certificates which equates to a CDA (Child Development Associate), AD or Bachelors. Our team has years of experience with high quality childcare.

How do you communicate with parents about their child’s progress and daily experiences? Relationships between teachers and parents are paramount.  Daily communication via face to face and online systems exist at our center.

What is your approach to handling challenging behaviors or conflicts among children? It is our goal that children learn acceptable social standards of behavior. Our staff models appropriate, positive behavior for the children. Children are taught by example.

What health and safety measures do you have in place, and how do you respond to emergencies? Beary Cherry Tree recently celebrated 50 years in business, over the years we have created several layers of safety measures to ensure the safety of both our children and teachers.
