Grab a sweet treat to beat the summer heat with the entire family on Friday, June 2 at Snoball Smash. This free summer event will be held at Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Louisiana’s (RMHC-SLA) house located at 210 State St, New Orleans, LA 70118 from 2-4 p.m.
Snoball Smash will feature complimentary Hansen’s Sno-Bliz snoballs, entertainment, interactive games, a friendly “snowball fight,” icy songs from the snow queen herself, giveaways, and prizes.
The New Orleans Saints will also have team mascot Gumbo and members of the Saints Cheer Krewe on hand to help pass out snoballs.
“Come beat the heat with us,” says Grace McIntosh, executive director of RMHC-SLA. “We are extremely excited to welcome the community to our house for this fun-filled event. Through this event, community members will have the opportunity to see the new house and visit with our Ronald McDonald House Charities families. We truly believe that through events families can develop friendships–drawing strength and hope from being together and knowing they are not alone during difficult times.”
