What is your educational philosophy? We truly believe that children are gifts from the Lord. We wish for your child to experience the warmth and love of God in a loving Christ centered environment.

What are the qualifications and experience levels of your teachers and staff? Staff members meet all requirements set by the state and receive yearly professional development training. The director has a master’s degree in education and is a certified early interventionist.

How do you communicate with parents about their child’s progress and daily experiences? Parents can monitor their child’s progress through reports sent home in the daily take home folder as well as email, text, and a digital communication app between parents and teachers.

What is your approach to handling challenging behaviors or conflicts among children? Positive reinforcement is used along with allowing the children to experience the natural and logical consequences of their actions and re-directing unacceptable behaviors.

What health and safety measures do you have in place, and how do you respond to emergencies? Staff are trained in communicable disease control, child neglect recognition, first aid, and CPR. In the event of an illness or an accident the staff will immediately notify the director.
