We are looking to hire an Advertising Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help expand our company, create and nurture a high performance sales team, and lead them to successful revenue goals while meeting customer needs. The Sales Manager will also present and sell multimedia advertising packages to ensure continuous business growth.
**A Bachelor’s degree, Sales Management experience, and Outside sales experience with a proven track record are required for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with the Publisher to set revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and/or annual basis.
• Create marketing and sales campaigns aimed to generate revenue and yield new business.
• Actively pursue existing customers and produce contracted annual business.
• Mentor the existing sales team and nurture relationships with each associate in order to help them achieve their goals.
• Recruit, hire, and train new sales team members as the company grows.
EXPERIENCE
• Selling advertising and marketing products/services.
• Leading a sales team of 2+ associates.
• Possess a demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding goals as an individual contributor.
• Experienced in a fast-paced work environment.
SKILLS
• Ability to hire, train, and unite a team under a shared vision and know what motivates each member.
• Use reports during sales coaching sessions and empower reps to take ownership of their pipelines.
• Prioritize and effectively manage time.
• High achieving, ambitious, and results-oriented.
• Decisive and comfortable making decisions quickly.
• Displays excellent verbal and written communication skills.
