Learn a Dance

There are countless songs that have dances that go along with them, and with extra family time on our hands, learning dances could be a great way to bond and have fun together. Put on your favorite tune’s music video, and dance along with the artists. The kids are bound to have a blast!

Have a Pillow Fight

Shake off some energy with a family pillow fight. While they can sometimes get out of hand, as long as they are contained and supervised, a pillow fight is a great way to bond.

Hold an Indoor Treasure Hunt

Send your kids on a hunt for certain things throughout the house, and choose a winner based on who gathers the most! You can also send kids on an even more difficult adventure by leaving them clues around your house and having them run around to see who’ll finish first.

Color Together

Sometimes, there’s nothing more relaxing than coloring a picture or drawing. Pull out the crayons or colored pencils and get to work on your favorite coloring books. Be sure to stop and share your masterpieces to promote collaboration and creativity.

Bake

Everyone loves food, especially sweets and baked goods, so what better way to embrace being inside then making use of your kitchen! Get out the rolling pin, and get to work on some cookies, cakes, brownies, etc. Be creative, and don’t forget to have fun decorating your creations. Now’s the time to be adventurous.
