Sports play a vital role in the lives of many kids.
It is their way to channel frustration and energy, learn the importance of both success and failure, and to come together as part of a team.
With the sudden ending of extracurricular and organized sports, we know that kids are looking for ways to continue practice their chosen sport (or sports). So, we’ve put together a list of five sports that can be practiced at home while maintaining social distancing.
